The India Ink is now The Progressive Primer!
I'm distilling the essence of my writing with a more fitting title.
Hi friends, subscribers, followers old and new. Don’t delete me!
The India Ink has become The Progressive Primer!
When this long-postponed project began last summer, I was uncertain how much time I could dedicate. Turns out it’s pretty much all I want to do. (Feeding the offspring is a close competitor.)
The original name – The India Ink – captured my roots, but didn’t effectively communicate my content. Though I see things through the lens of a visible minority, that extends to a range of topics from progressive politics to offensive bird names to gummy bear ire. The old title suggested a focus on travel or Indian art.
As I work on growth, a new name had to swiftly convey seriousness, sass, reform, variety and stir the pot! And so with this name, I thee promise regularly scheduled doses of snark.

Meanwhile, thanks for reading my posts and sticking around. Go on, tell everyone you know. I welcome your thoughts in the comments. Let me know if there’s any topic you would like to see covered by Rachel Maddow, but I could do instead. Thank you!

A Big Thank You to new subscribers who joined since my last post on Elon Musk and his DEI racism! Until my next one, here are a few favorites:
Yamuna, personally I love India Ink. But the Primar is also fantastic.
What’s in a name?
Art thou more sagacious?
